Please follow the instructions below to submit an invention disclosure form.
To better streamline our process, our paperwork is integrated into our technology & innovator management system, Inteum. Click the “Submit An Invention Disclosure” button below to be redirected to the Inventor Portal where you will be able to create, review, and submit your Invention Disclosure. Your disclosure will be saved as a draft until submitted, so you will be able to edit as needed. We also use the system to capture witness data and signatures electronically.
If this is your first time logging into the Inventor Portal, you will need to click the “Request Account” button and follow the verification instructions to make a new account. Please note that the system will only accept email addresses with a “ua.edu” domain name.
