Application Process
The ECRAF Program seeks diverse graduate and undergraduate students from various fields of study who are highly motivated. Ideal candidates will show demonstrated evidence of collaboration, have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, have leadership and decision-making skills, have a willingness to train on a wide variety of topics, and have a broad knowledge of the university environment.
- Application Deadline: Tuesday, April 30, 2024
- Finalist Interviews: Beginning mid-May through mid-June (virtual or in-person)
- Selection & Notification: Anticipated by mid-July
Application Requirements
- Applicants must select a preferred fellowship opportunity area.
- Complete application form
- Written statement of interest (no more than 1 page)
- Resume
- Letter of Recommendation from one UA faculty member
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a UA student
- Open to junior and senior undergraduate students in all majors
- Open to graduate students (Graduate students holding an assistantship may concurrently hold a Research Administration Fellowship; the Research Administration Fellowship is also open to students with partial graduate assistantships or who do not have graduate assistantships. The time commitment is expected to be 20 hours/week while also recognizing that school and academics come first as needed. Note that the Research Administration Fellowship does not have a tuition scholarship or health insurance attached to it.)
- Must complete fellowship term before graduation
- If interested in the OIC fellowship track, preference will be given to those with STEM, Business, and Law related backgrounds.
- Ability to attend training in the Rose Administration Building
