Faculty Research Showcase
The Faculty Research Showcase, presented by the Offices for Undergraduate Research and Research & Economic Development, is an annual exposition of faculty and graduate student research. This event introduces undergraduates to the diversity of research conducted at UA and allows them to network with research faculty outside of office hours. Students will also have the opportunity to earn prizes.
This year’s showcase will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
Presenter Registration
Faculty/presenter registration for the Fall 2024 Faculty Research Showcase has closed. For questions, email Keslie Fendley at kcfendley@ua.edu.
Information for Presenters
- Setup will open at 9:30 a.m.
- Tablecloths/table covers will not be available, but presenters may bring their own table coverings if desired.
- Posterboard stands will be available; please note that the stands will not support paper/roll-up posters.
- Displays/TV carts are limited and available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Presenters who are assigned displays will be notified in advance.
- Students will begin arriving at 11:30 a.m.
