This vibrant showcase offers undergraduates the chance to explore the diverse and groundbreaking research happening at UA, while networking with faculty and graduate student researchers in an informal setting.

Information for Presenters

Faculty/presenter registration for the Fall 2024 Faculty Research Showcase has closed.

Table Setup

  • Setup will open at 9:30 a.m.
  • Tablecloths/table covers will not be available, but presenters may bring their own table coverings if desired.
  • Posterboard stands will be available; please note that the stands will not support paper/roll-up posters.
  • Displays/TV carts are limited and available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Presenters who are assigned displays will be notified in advance.
  • Students will begin arriving at 11:30 a.m.
